"growing" #1

The inspiration for the project “growing” arose from tree drawings made by teenagers in mental stress situation originated in the context of the Tree test, a method of analyzing an individual’s personality. The artist Isabel Czerwenka-Wenkstetten (ICW) dedicated these touching and manifoldly tree-drawings to a new collective flowering. Instead of insulated single trees from the test situations the anonymised drawings are pooled together to a forest.

During the vernissage the artist Ulrich Gottlieb shows his performance #touch. Dressed in a canvas, he invites the audience to get involved as spontaneous painters in interaction with himself in the design of this canvas.
